2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

  • First-time Pro Monthly subscriptions
  • First-time Pro Yearly subscriptions

To request a refund, contact us at support@dustinsdesignerden.com with your account email and reason for cancellation.

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Accidental renewal within 48 hours of charge
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellation. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your account remains active until the end of your billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods
  • You retain access to Pro features until the subscription expires

5. Free Tier

The free tier of Dustin's Designer Den is always available at no cost. There are no refunds applicable to the free tier as no payment is required.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you have concerns about billing, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
