Dustin's Designer Den provides a web-based platform for board game designers to manage projects, track playtests, perform probability calculations, and export project documentation.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create on our platform (projects, notes, designs, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass or harm other users
• Use automated systems to scrape or data mine

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dustin's Designer Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
