Rulebook options

I designed my rulebook to be read 2 pages at a time (1 topic on 2 pages). I'd like to be able to have the option to always open the rulebook like you do in real life, 2 pages at a time. It would also be easier to read if there was a button to upscale the rulebook on your own screen or even lock it there instead of having to make the rulebook real big or zoom in on it to be able to read.
