Issues and alternative for "Preview in table orientation"

When playing face to face with "Preview in table orientation" enabled, the 2nd player's Preview for upright cards on the field are 0° and cards in the hand are 180° (vice versa when "Preview in table orientation" is disabled). Since having to repeatedly rotate the preview to properly read your opponent's cards is annoying, it would be truly ideal if the option to set the default preview orientation to 0°, regardless of orientation on the field or hand, was implemented. Also, it would be even more ideal if "Rotate Table View 180°" hotkey was implemented. Love, love, mwah.
