Bug Reports
Found something broken or behaving oddly? Reporting it is the fastest way to get it fixed, and you can follow your report all the way to a resolution.
Find your reports under Bug Reports in the navigation.
Reporting a Bug
Click + Report New Bug and fill in:
- a clear title that summarizes the problem, and
- a description with what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Tip
The more specific you are, the faster it gets fixed. Note the steps to reproduce it, which page or room you were on, and your browser. If you can, mention whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
Tracking Your Reports
Your reports are listed with a status badge, so you can see at a glance which are still open and which have been resolved. When the team replies, their note appears on the report under Response from the team, and resolved bugs are marked once a fix has been deployed.
Note
Bug Reports are for things that are broken. To request a new feature or improvement, use the Suggestion Board instead.
