1. Overhauled the Help Wiki system to make it easier to read, update, and maintain.

Board Grid New

1. Added support for Square and Hex grids on board components.
2. Board components now support the same grid snapping features available on the table.
3. Added grid color selection for both Table and Board grids.
4. Added support for Cell and Intersection snapping on both Table and Board grids.

General Fixes Improved

1. Generic components added to the table, but not yet added to the project, can now be fully edited.
