Account & Profile

Manage your profile, password, GameCrafter connection, room player limit, info-box preferences, and account deletion.

Account & Profile

Your account settings live on the Profile page, reachable from your name or avatar in the navigation. The page also shows your current plan (Free or Pro) and when you joined. Here's what you can manage.

Profile Information

Update your display name and the email tied to your account. Your display name is what shows up in playtest rooms and on anything you share, so pick something your playtesters will recognize.

Designer Profile

Build a public designer profile — an avatar, tagline, bio, a custom URL, and a banner color — that showcases your public table setups for anyone to play. It's private until you choose to publish it. Full details in Your Designer Profile.

Publisher Mode

The Publisher Mode section lets you become a publisher (a free add-on that adds a publisher profile and a pitch inbox) or turn it back off later. See Becoming a Publisher.

Update Password

Change your password from the Update Password section. You'll enter your current password and your new one.

Note

Signed up with Google? You sign in through Google rather than a password, so the password section may not apply to your account.

GameCrafter Integration

Connect your The Game Crafter account here once, and you can import games and pull live manufacturing pricing into your projects. The full walkthrough is in The Game Crafter Import.

Room Player Limit

This shows the maximum number of players your playtest rooms allow (6 on Free, 10 on Pro). If your group needs more room than your plan provides, you can submit a request for a higher limit from here.

Info Box Preferences

Designer Den shows helpful info boxes throughout the app. Once you know your way around, use Info Box Preferences to dismiss or re-enable them, so the interface stays as clean or as guided as you like.

Deleting Your Account

The Delete Account option permanently removes your account and its data.

Caution

Account deletion cannot be undone. Your projects, components, files, and saved setups are removed for good. Export anything you want to keep (see Exports) before you delete.
